Real Flame is made from pure, premium grade isopropyl alcohol and thickeners to enhance stability. Real Flame is the safest, most viscous (thick) gel fuel available on the market. It is not liquid and will not break down, separate or liquefy as quickly as other brands. To maintain the integrity and stability of Real Flame, all Real Flame gel cans are specially treated to prevent rusting on the inside.
Real Flame is a safe, clean burning gel that is regularly tested by numerous independent labs. Air quality results while burning Real Flame gel fuel fall well below the standards established by the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (O.S.H.A.) and the Environmental Protection Agency (E.P.A.). Each batch of Real Flame gel fuel production is closely monitored to ensure the highest quality.
If you wish to create a fire for a shorter period, simply extinguish the flame and re-cap the can. Re-use any remaining gel fuel for your next fire. For each fire, you may use one to three cans of gel fuel at a time, depending on the size of fire you wish to create. When compared to cartridge style cans, one can of Real Flame gel fuel costs a fraction of the more expensive cartridge style can.
This item ships via FedEx or UPS (depending on your zip code). Once shipped, you will receive a tracking # via the email address you provide. Ground shipments usually arrive within 2-5 business days. Please inspect the package when it arrives to review if damage occurred during shipping. If a box is crushed, wet or severely damaged, reject the shipment and do not sign for it. The item will be returned to us, which allows us to file a claim. We will then be able to ship your replacement item within 24 hours.

This product ships unassembled and will require easy and straight-forward assembly using common household tools. Detailed instructions are included.
Products are guaranteed for 90 days against faulty workmanship and/ or defective materials and we will replace any defective products free of charge. Our liability and responsibility is limited to replacement of parts only.
Returns will be accepted within 30 days of purchase. All returns must be approved in writing. Items must be returned in their original packaging, and unused. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Purchaser is responsible for return shipping.
Claims: If any damage to goods is detected upon receipt, the buyer must refuse delivery. Patio Heater Supply is not responsible for damage suffered in transit or storage. Before accepting any goods, the buyer should examine the shipment carefully. If there is any visible damage to shipping cartons, the buyer should refuse delivery. Claims for damage or shortage by the delivering carrier should be filed with the carrier by the buyer within five (5) days of delivery. Claims for damaged goods must be reported to Patio Heater Supply in writing within five (5) days from receipt of goods. Failure to do so will constitute full acceptance of the goods.
